They will end up with a nice looking website that's probably built from a prettier version of a standard template, and has little of the personalised service that another flying solo member like you or I could offer. It's quite ironic, but some of the solo businesses who want others to trust them have problems trusting other solo businesses and, acting in fear, retreat to the perceived safety of the big guys!
