SEO Companies and some extra SEO lies
The problem with SEO is that any looser can go out there and create a site, and call himself an SEO professional. I guess that’s ok… but the scary part is when you try to charge customers for useless products and services…. that’s what drives me crazy.
Today I read at FlyingSolo a post from a company called XXX SEO…(named removed XXXX SEO is suppose to be an SEO company that is the “leader” in their market/region/city/whatever .
So I decided to take a look at their SEO service….
HOLY COW!
Welcome to another BS SEO company… that decides to charge customers $190 for “Search Engine Submission”
If you don’t know it by now… Search Engine Submission is as useless as loosing weight just by watching “people running on the TV”
In their website PXXX SEO define that for $199…. they
“No.5 – Search Engine Submission
This is a step that requires allot of time and patience. Your website will be submitted manually to most search engines. However we use strategies, to index a new website within 48-72 hours.”
Regardless how great this so-called company is… the fact of charging for something that is useless, makes me believe they have very little idea of what they are doing.
So regardless how “expert” an SEO guru or company claims to be, I want to believe integrity comes first.
So dear X SEO Experts: have the balls and guts to tell your customer the following:
“No.5 – Search Engine Submission
This is a step that is not really needed now a days, mainly because Google will index your website just by following natural links. We know is useless, but because you don’t know is useless… we decided to charge you more money for this service. The more you pay, the more we make. 
and if you still don’t believe Search Engine Submission is useless…

Couldn’t agree more – I wonder what our friend Perth SEO will think of your blogging about him? Probably will never find this though, he doesn’t seem the brightest spark.
To me his website looks like a scammers, and is piled full of text just for search engine benefit, but you never know, people will believe him and pay his prices which is scary – not the prices but how little he knows how to do for them!

so this is how you make your money, by talking about other people? Chances are you wont even allow this comment to on your blog.
Gabriel, you aree right, search engine submission is useless these days and I realy should remove it from the website.
Looking bor backlinks of my cliants! You have no chance. If you understand the seo game as you say you do than you know why.
There are few more things on that website that may need cahnging. Sorry buddy been to busy working.
Just you let you know, if you are still not sure. I am similar to you. A family person that has decided to go in this direction years ago.
more than 90% of my clients have come from referals from prev clients.
Be nice, as being nice helps you in life one way or other.

funny wise, I allowed your comment. Why not allowing it?
If you accept that search engine is useless… and you shoudn’t charge for that type of 90′s service. Kudos for you.
Happy to remove any reference to your site if you agree to clarify the services you offer.
Is not about talking bad about people… is to point the finger to PAID SEO services that make no sense.

a agree with you. There are companies that charge stupid amounts of mney for BS.
My clients get calls every day from someone else promissing the world and delivering F all.
Seach Engine Is Useless and I do not charge for it. It was on the website and I should have changed it a while ago.
My service has way more than just SEO. I look at a company and spent a whole day with the owner (if needed)to identify what can be improved.
Like I said not just SEO but other aspects of business that may be loosing money, how the business process works, if there are any money leeks etc.
I give the clients more value tha anyone else would before they pay me a cent.
My charges are not for SEO only, it is way more than that.
Anywz, if you ever in perth maybe we can catch up for a coffe.
